In 2009, Dr. Triggs graduated with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where he achieved a Bachelor of Science, Chemistry (American Chemical Society-Certified). His academic excellence continued when he also achieved a PhD in Medicine with honors from Meharry Medical College Nashville, TN, in 2013.
Later that year he started the Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program in the University of South Florida, College of Medicine Department of Plastic Surgery.
The main focus of the research and activities during his college years were designed not only to reach high standards of medical and academic knowledge but also to learn about new cutting-edge technologies in the fields of medicine, biotechnology, engineering, mathematics, and other applied sciences.
Before joining the Vixen Plastic Surgery team, Dr. Triggs was Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Now, he brings all his brilliance and merit to join our team in Vixen Plastic Surgery, where his main goal as a professional is to build a successful and meaningful plastic surgery practice; ensuring his patients receive the best care possible.
Dr. Triggs allows BMI up to 37
Dr. Triggs accepts BMI up to 37 for regular procedures such as Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), Liposuction, Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck (TT) / Abdominoplasty, among others.
Otherwise, Dr. Triggs allows BMI up to 35 for procedure combinations like Tummy Tuck with Breast Augmentation, popularly known as Mommy Makeover or A Breast Augmentation with Liposuction, among others.
